Why am I being charged a fee when I dont have a membership. I have rung up and there is no account for me. Can you look into this please,
Thank you
Hi Joanne,
Thank you for your inquiry. To help you further, may I know which account or membership you are referring to?
Just a friendly reminder, we are finder.com.au, a comparison website. We don’t charge our users of any fee. Moreover, please note that we are not affiliated to any company we feature on our site.
For the meantime, I would suggest that you check the letter or whichever you got the information from since you mentioned that you have rung them but verified that you don’t have an account with them.
I hope this helps.
Have a great day!
Cheers,
Jeni
Finder is super useful and I trust it a lot! How come you don’t include options like Afterpay.com.au or Sitizen.com.au in your personal loan pages?
Hi Brett,
Thanks for reaching out to Finder.
Afterpay is actually not a loan company or a credit union. Unlike personal loans, you don’t need to be approved for an account. The requirements only include being at least 18 years of age, a valid email address, and have a credit or debit card you can link your account. For citizens to partner with us or should they want to be featured on our website, they just need to create a request.
Cheers,
Joanne
I wanted to check my credit score and see if I’m able to apply for any loans but I don’t have a drivers licence is there any other form of I’d I can enter and is there any fees to see my credit score
Hello,
The free credit score service that we feature on website is provided by Equifax and would require a valid Australian driver’s licence so that they can verify your identity and to ensure that only you can access your credit score.
If you do not have an Australian Driver’s licence, you may request a more detailed credit report from Experian. You can order your free credit score either by email or by post.
Once you’ve submitted your order, you’ll receive your free Experian Credit Report within 10 working days. If you want to order it by email, you will need to provide the required documents and then simply click on the “Order your free report now” button to get started.
It’s nice to note as well that they can accept other forms of IDs aside from AU driver’s license and passport. The page also shows a list of all other forms of ID you can submit to them for identity verification.
Hope this helped.
Cheers,
Gru
do you compare workers compensation ?
Hi Dave,
Yes, we do! :)
Please feel free to check our list of workers compensation insurance and find the right policy for you. There’s a form on that page you can fill out. Once you have submitted it, someone should get in touch with you to discuss your options. You can also read through the page to learn more about workers compensation insurance.
I hope this helps.
Cheers,
Danielle
My credit points.
Hi,
Thanks for reaching out.
I highly recommend you request a free copy of your credit report/score.
Simply add your phone number to get our Finder app and start requesting your credit score.
Alternatively, you can click on the “Continue on web” if you wish not to get your score through the app.
A pop-up window would appear. Click on the “Log in” tab if you already have a Finder account. Click on the “Register” tab if you wish to create a new account.
Once you’re in, you can then request your credit score.
You may also want to know more about how to understand your Experian credit score.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Rench
