Everyday, Australians are faced with tough buying decisions. Finder's mission is to help the world make better financial decisions. The 2020/21 Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards helps that mission by recognising Australia's best brands as voted by real Australians.
Finder worked with research and insights firm, Kantar to survey thousands of Australians who had recently purchased products across 150 categories and rate how satisfied they were with their purchase.
Kmart ranked highest in this category for its overall rating, value for money and ease of cleaning. Kmart has five different air fryer models to choose from based on the size of your family and what you plan on cooking.
Consumers ranked KitchenAid blenders highest for their range of features and functions, beating other well-known brands such as the NutriBullet and Nutri Ninja.
The name ALDI is almost synonymous with value, and this food processor is no exception. Not only did it score the highest for value for money and ease of cleaning, but it also had the best ranking for performance.
If you're looking for value for money, then Aussies recommend a Morphy Richards kettle. It's also one of the more quiet brands, so you can continue the conversation while you're making tea.
With the launch of Australia's largest microwave in October 2020, LG is making waves in this category. It was voted best for cooking performance as well as ease of use.

Yonanas was the highest rated ice cream maker brand. It received the best score for performance, and competitive ratings for ease of use and ease of cleaing.
If you're looking to make your own ravioli, look no further than Baccarat. Crowned the best pasta maker brand, Baccarat had the highest overall rating and top scores for ease-of-use and variety.
Known for its innovative products, it's no surprise that Dyson is the barrel vacuum cleaner winner. Aussies gave Dyson the top score for cleaning performance and storage.
Topping the list for cooking performance, Bosch is this year's best rated oven brand, beating brands such as Smeg, Westinghouse and Fisher & Paykel. Bosch also scored well for features and functions and cleaning and maintenance.
A great dishwasher should be quiet, perform well, have great features and be great value for money, and according to Australians, LG dishwashers are all these things, receiving high scores across the board. LG was also recommended by 100% of the Aussies polled who have one.
Value for money, great features, excellent performance and safety – if you want an electric heater that's all these things, then Dimplex is the brand for you.
Haier had the highest rating for performance, helping it win this year's french door fridge award. It's recommended by 91% of Australians and it also received high scores for its design, features and value for money.

With top scores across the board, including for performance, internal layout, cleaning and maintenance and value for money, Hisense is the clear winner for the best standalone freezer.
As the top-rated brand for features and functions, Westinghouse took out the award for top mount fridges. Recommended by 94% of Aussies polled, it also had high scores for cooling performance and design.
Karcher topped the list for carpet and floor cleaning features and functions and ease of use. It also had high scores for cleaning performance and value for money.
With 94% of Aussies recommending Mercator, it's the ceiling fan brand of choice. It had solid scores across the board, including for performance, design and features and functions.
Haier clothes dryers received the best scores for value of money and placed second for quietness, performance and reliability. It also received high scores for drying time.
Asko has taken out this year's award for best front load washing machine, beating out competitors such as Fisher & Paykel, Miel, LG and Samsung. It received high scores across the board, including for washing performance, quietness, features and functions and value for money.
If "safety first" is a motto you live by, then Philips is the brand for you. It topped the list for safety and features as well as performance in this years Finder Awards.
Appliance giant Dyson has the best rated pedestal fans, with excellent scores for features and functions and performance. It also received the best rating for fan portability.
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries is the clear winner in the split system air conditioning category, with top scores across the board. Consumers said the brand was the best for quietness, performance, features and functions and value for money.

Nikon has been voted the best digital camera for image quality, features and functions, ease of use and value for money, making it the overall Finder Award winner.

If jam is your jam, Bonne Maman is a must-have. Recieving the top score for variety and high scores for consistency and taste, Bonne Maman jam is recommended by 96% of Aussies.
The ice cream brand with the best multipacks is Connoisseur. It received the best ratings for taste, consistency and variety of flavours. Competiting against brands like Cornetto, Magnum, Drumstick and Weis, this was a highly competitive award category.
If you prefer ice cream out of a tub, then Golden North is your best bet. It was the best rated brand for consistency and variety, and it received high scores for taste and value for money too.
Elevit is the best-rated multivitamin brand for effectiveness and value for money, helping it take out this year's award. It's also recommended by 100% of Australians.
Lindt proved to be the number one pick among chocolate lovers. In addition to receiving the top overall rating, Lindt received excellent scores for taste, packaging design and its range of flavours.
Youfoodz topped the list for variety, helping it take out the overall best meal delivery service against competitors MarleySpoon, HelloFresh and Dietlicious. It also ranked highly for taste and timely delivery – both important when you've got the munchies.
If you're looking for a carpet or floor cleaner that is easy on the nose, look no further than Pine O Cleen. It also rated highly for effectiveness and ease of use.
A cookware legend, Le Creuset is known for its signature cast-iron products. Topping the list for design and cooking performance, as well as for cleaning and maintenance, it's no surprise it was the overall winner.
