Entries are now closed for the Finder Awards 2020, which celebrate the success of Australia's most forward-thinking businesses. Given the difficult economic conditions, it is more important than ever to acknowledge excellence and recognise creativity and impact across a range of industries from banking and insurance to technology, retail and travel.
There are 12 innovation categories this year, including Best Investment Innovation and Best B2B Innovation (new categories this year!). These categories recognise improvements, new initiatives and innovative responses to the COVID-19 pandemic which businesses have implemented in the 2019-2020 financial year.

Important dates
Submissions for the innovation categories are now closed.
Finalists will be announced via email and the website in October.
Due to COVID-19, this year winners will be announced in a virtual event in late October.

Product categories
The innovation awards will once again be complemented by product awards, recognising the market's best offerings across credit cards, home loans, personal loans, banking, insurance and technology. The full list of product categories are now available on the Finder Awards page. Product awards are not open for submissions.

How much does it cost to enter?
There's no entry fee for any of the Finder Award categories - it's free.
How many categories can I enter?
You can enter as many categories as you like!
When is the submission deadline?
Entries for 2020 are now closed.
How do I submit my entry?
Please register and enter your submission via the awards portal at https://finderawards.awardsplatform.com/.
Can I enter the product awards?
No, the product awards are not open for entry but will be data-led. Only the innovation categories are open for entry.
Will the submissions be published on the site?
No, the submissions will only be used for judging purposes.
When is the assessment period?
The innovation must be introduced or improved in the 2019-2020 Financial Year (1 July 2019 - 30 June 2020).
How do we pick the winners?
Full entry guidelines are available here. The awards are judged by a panel of renowned industry experts including consumer advocate Christopher Zinn and personal finance expert Lisa Montgomery.
