Emirates | Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Flights to over 100 destinations. Emirates has one of the broadest travel networks of any airline. Whether you want to fly to the United States, Europe or the Middle East, Emirates can take you there.
  • Affordable holiday packages. The company has partnered with various hotels, restaurants and car rental companies to offer customers better value for money.
  • Friendly customer service. You can expect excellent customer service when you fly with Emirates. The airline’s flight attendants are there to offer blankets and snacks to make your flight comfortable, while a great deal of effort is put in to ensure each stage of your journey is as convenient and stress-free as possible.

Cons

  • Refund is dependent on fare conditions. Similar to the majority of international airlines, Emirates only offers refunds based on the fare conditions of your air tickets.

Refunds, exchanges and returns for Emirates

All air tickets you buy from Emirates will have ‘fare conditions’. The fare condition determines the price of your ticket. The most important factors to look into are whether the ticket is refundable, whether additional charges apply if your plans change, or if your ticket is non-refundable. If flexibility is important to you, be sure to get an air ticket that allows you to get a full refund. Take note that you are entitled to a full refund if this is allowed in your fare conditions.
