      JoshuaFebruary 13, 2019Staff

      Hi John,

Thanks for getting in touch with Finder. I hope all is well with you. :)

You can redeem your Bank of Queensland (BOQ) credit card points through their Internet Banking system. All you need to do is go to their official website, log on to your online account, select the credit card from your accounts list, and then go to “Q Rewards® / Other Card Functions” to view your points, redeem and see the latest offers. You can then check there if there are available hotel accommodations you can redeem.

Alternatively, you can contact Q Rewards® customer support.

I hope this helps. Should you have further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach us out again.

      Have a wonderful day!

      Cheers,
      Joshua

I am self-employed and need to know if ATO issued Notice of Assessment for years ended 30th June 2016 & 30th June 2017 would meet your iverification requirements for either a personal loan or credit card (Maximum facility or limit $15000 – $17000).

    Thank you.

      Hi Kerry,

Thank you for getting in touch with Finder.

As per this page, the financial requirements are your employment details and information about any other assets such as savings and existing debts like personal loans, other cards, or mortgages. You also need to provide a summary or estimate of your regular household expenses. I suggest that you contact the Bank of Queensland directly regarding your credit/personal loan application to know whether your documents on hand are valid and to know your chances of being approved.

If you’re currently looking around for personal loan for self-employed, you can use our comparison table to help you find the lender that suits you. Press the “Go to site” button to apply. Please make sure that you check the eligibility criteria and read the relevant T&Cs or PDS of the loan products before making a decision and consider whether the loan product is right for you.

      I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any other enquiries.

Thank you and have a wonderful day!

      Cheers,
      Jeni

      Hi Meharry,

Thanks for leaving a question on finder.

You must contact your merchant and request they cancel your Regular Payment Arrangement. Be aware that you may be required to provide alternative payment details for the goods and/or services being provided.

If after a reasonable time, your merchant fails to cancel your Regular Payment Arrangement you may contact your financial institution for assistance.

Note that closing your scheme card account does not automatically cancel your Regular Payment Arrangements on that scheme card account. You must contact the merchant to either cancel the Regular Payment Arrangement or provide replacement card details for future payments.

      Cheers,
      Joel

      RenchSeptember 15, 2017Staff

      Hi Bonnie,

      Thanks for your inquiry.

You may consider applying for credit cards that have complimentary travel insurance. You may check the table on the page and see information about the maximum age for standard coverage.

There’s a separate table for a side-by-side comparison for the list of credit cards with complimentary travel insurance. You can click the name of the card or the “More info” link to be redirected to our review page and learn more about the card’s key details, features, fees, as well as eligibility and requirements. When you are ready, you may then click on the “Go to site” button and you will be redirected to the bank’s website where you can proceed with the application or get in touch with their representatives for further inquiries you may have.

Before applying, please ensure that you meet all the eligibility criteria and read through the details of the needed requirements as well as the relevant Product Disclosure Statements/Terms and Conditions when comparing your options before making a decision on whether it is right for you. You can also contact the provider if you have specific questions.

      Hope this information helped.

      Cheers,
      Rench

I paid my Visa Platinum card 5 days early,as I was going away and would not be near a computer or bank. Now I have been charged an interest charge of $115 ,and the reason I have been told is it should have been paid on the due date and not earlier.I also have been told that I lose my 30 day interest free days, and can only get them back, once 2 months is up and I have paid the due amount on the due date.Is this correct.

      Hello Frank,

      Thank you for your inquiry.

Basically, if you have a late payment the provider will charge you an amount of “$10”. Since you mentioned you paid prior to the due date but they still charged for early payment, you may need to contact them directly. Clarify with them this matter and see if the fees they charged to you were under terms and conditions with your provider. For your additional reference, you may be interested to read our review of the BOQ Platinum Visa credit card.

I hope this information has helped.

      Cheers,
      Harold
